Full-time position.

To pursue its international expansion strategy, YouHodler opens its Branch in France. TheCompany provides crypto-related services, including crypto backed loans, exchanges, saving accounts etc. YouHodler has an intensively growing community of loyal clients: 1000% YoY growth with an average 4.5 TrustPilot score. Currently, the Company is in process of obtaining the PSAN License and is looking for an enthusiastic individual to take over the Compliance related responsibilities. In this role you will be directly reporting to the Group's Chief Risk Officer.

Job description and responsibilities

Implement, coordinate, review and when necessary adjust and update existing compliance policies and procedures
Manage the ongoing review of materials and communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements
Support in obtention of the License
Manage the clients’ onboarding, review and monitoring process
Be the Contact person for any Compliance related questions, from French authorities and other parties
Ensure Regulatory watch
Adhere to regulatory reporting guidelines and filing deadlines
Conduct compliance audits and interpret these reports for various departments
Conduct compliance audits
Facilitate remediations of audit findings

Job qualifications and requirements

5+ years experience in AML or/and Regulatory Compliance, ideally related to the FinTech industry (Retail Digital Banking, Crypto, Blockchain, Online trading with financial assets);
Experience in communication with AMF desirable;
Strong analytical skills;
Beneficial to have: review and investigation experience;
Strong communication skills as well as a high level of integrity;
Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
